Instructions -- Submit your Chained Payment app to PayPal

Go to https://apps.paypal.com/user/my-account/applications and follow the instructions below... All done! You should receive an email from PayPal regarding this App ID. In some cases the AppID works immediately, and sometimes it takes 24 hours or longer before it works. If after 24 hours your live App ID still doesn't work, contact PayPal Merchant Services and ask them about it. If your AppID hasn't yet been activated, you'll receive the error User is not allowed to perform this action.
